4.0+ Pickleball League at Lucky Shots - Sam German/David Reeb vs Nate Moore/Will Weyenberg

Sam German (Green shirt, hat)/David Reeb (Green shirt, lefty)
vs.
Nate Moore (White hat, lefty)/Will Weyenberg (blue shirt)
My analysis is not perfect. I write things as I see them while watching.
These matchups felt pretty well-balanced and I did not see much targeting.
David and I play together often, so we have good chemistry.
We did a good job of keeping the ball alive and focused on reducing errors in the second half of the game.
A few mistakes put us in an early deficit, but we pulled it together as the game went on.
Nate has a playstyle that can be described as "funky". He hides speedups well and has great spin. He made a few more unforced errors than expected.
Will has a fast and powerful playstyle. His drives are fantastic when he's "on", but he doesn't switch to a drop effectively when his drive isn't hitting. He hits good angles on his slow games but lacks variety, which makes him a bit predictable. He got me on a few counter-attacks when I punched to the middle.
I don't think this game was played particularly cleanly, but it was the closest game of the night.
