Just bought xpulse 200 2 days ago , but the issue is engine gets too hot when i ride only 5 to 6km , and it takes 2 to 3 hours to cooldown when bike is switched off. And comes tickling sound after switching off. Is it normal for new engine or any problem ? Please reply, your reply really matters to me...
Xpulse engine is not very good, added it runs very lean (ie.less fuel more air) which causes engine heating issue. If you bike is a carburettor variant there is a easy way to tune and make it rich. If you have a BS6 or BS4 Fi variant there is very much nothing to be done.

Footpegs gets loose in Xpulse frequently.
Get the 3 points tightened at SVC.

Both conical or normal filter are good
For sound improvement you should improve in exhaust side, check aftermarket exhaust like motowing
