Aaah...it does feel good to be back home at the ranch; and, thank you for all that highway driving and scenery...it was much appreciated. Still, even though you're in the Pacific Northwest, it does look weird to see all that lush, green grass in December. Thanks again.
Dude, Pulling that choke flap off of the carburettor was a mistake. I did that to a 1973 Cadillac and had the same problems your having with cold weather, in the winter it robbed me of 5 mpg easily. You need that flap for mix control. I went to a manual flap control, life was good after that.
