She looks so exhausted and yet she still gives her all into the performance. What a queen
I love that this gives the band a chance to shine. No fancy foot work, not spot light on the singer, all about the band and their solos.
They deserve it for all their immaculate skill.
I like how there's only 1 phone visible in the crowd. That's how live shows should be.
There is nothing wrong recording with your phone to savour the moment.

tbh a lot of live venues prohibit recording so perhaps not a big surprise, but still yeah more locations should adopt the policy

They bring along a very good and very loud sound system, and the crowd makes a ton of noise, which the band plays around.

This recording doesnt. Look up some of their other recordings. THeir karlstorbahnhof concert was a pretty awesome recording. idk. the guy who mastered this one needs to step up his game

I like how the lights would occasionally come on and the crowd just looked around for a second like âOh yeah, weâre all a bunch of sweaty electro swing enthusiasts crowded together in this room. Huh.â and then continued grooving. Apparently we know what we like.

After being together almost 15 years, big is their sound volume. Zoe was about 26 when they started. Outstanding music for 2019.

Like the best bands of all time, they are best experienced live, and their recordings don't do them justice.

One of my all time favorite shows was when I saw these guys live here in Seattle at Neumos a few years back. The energy and the chemistry between the band and the audience was absolutely fantastic.
And I missed them at Madrid 5 days ago :(
Friend just bought us tickets tonight for the Fox Theater show on 2/11/22. I saw them live with her at the same venue on 10/21/19 - they are awesome live!

Kotonen Nelson amazing. I will never forget "Mighty" as they challenged and lead the entire mob of people to jump for the duration of the song. the energy was insanely fun
If I remember correctly, this was one of if not the last songs they played, and their set was insanely long. Just as an audience, we were exhausted by this point.
I'm in Portland and have only been hip to them for maybe a year or so. . .So when did they play Seattle, if you please?

My first time hearing them! A friend sent me this link and said that it would make me smile. Oh yeah! And who knew that Liza Minelli Jr. sang in a band? She's got just the right voice for this style. Now what they need to do is pack up and come to Portland, Ore 'cuz we need them to help us keep it weird!

They're from France, so they're more popular there than they are in the States. Electro Swing is big in Europe. And I 100% agree about your comment about radio trash!
