Still in India every year around 3.5 lakh students complete their MBA, and top 30 bschool comprises of around maximum 30k seats. what about the rest??? so in second part of video I suggested few colleges with zero competition and what all things to consider before going into those colleges. I would say it’s too early to say whether you will get success in the HR field or not. To know it the right way, understand the skills required to be an HR and see whether that interests you. If it’s yes, then definitely you will do great in the long run.

If you are thinking for this year, then you should have appeared in CAT/XAT/SNAP..still you are sure of this year then go for CMAT and aim to get 99+
