Nahhh. English on anime is super weird with first name at the back.
There have only ever been a few English voice actors that did their job well. Can probably count on one hand. Vic mignogna... yeah actually he's the only one I can think of haha every other and I mean every single other female VA sounds like they are trying to talk through helium but with out helium, and the male VAs seem to think they need to emphasize literally every other word. With the exception of Vic I don't think I've ever heard an English VA do a voice and sound like they were talking like they would in real life. It's ok to change your voice to fit a charecter but in a scene with two people conversing, English VAs just sound way to dramatic making it annoying af!

@@SilvaFox Firstly, it's NOT the English VA's fault. It's the English voice director's fault. Idk if you played genshin impact, but the English voice dub there is really good. One of the main reason is because the English voice actors are specially told NOT to make their voice sound "anime-like". Basically in animes, English voice actors try to match the English dub match the same energy as japanese, making it very unnatural as English is a way different language than Japanese. You'd see a lot of these aniem English voice actors also voice in other non-anime genres, like English cartoons and advertisements, they're exceptionally good there because the voice directing is way better.
Arab commentators are the BEST. Watch them in football matches, and it gives the right vibe immediately.

@@jss.2020 It's the intonation. You can "FEEL" the role. It was done by heart. I can't really explain it, but if you watch Arabic dubbed movies and you watch the original ones you may understand what I mean. A good example are Turkish series, Arabic dubbed. The Turkish acting is great (with a bit of overreacting sometimes in the drama), but besides that the sound of the Arab speakers complete the role.
Japanese is and will always be goated but from this clip Arabic is the only other that I'd say is passable and a reasonable choice.

tbh as an Arabic person our voice’s fit perfectly for deep voice character’s or very emotional character’s and sometimes cold character’s (depends on the voice actor some time’s) that’s why we do it better and Japanese are much better at some other things like energetic characters

Arad dubs always goes better even in openings, I don't know if I'm bias because I'm Arabian. But you can check black cat op Arabic dub it's pretty good. Unfortunately, it's a fanmade there's no official dub of demon slayer in Arabic.

Its cause arabs have always watched anime my parents used to watch arabic dubbed anime when they were younger, my dad said that they used to wait until it came up, him and his brothers used to gather around the tv and watch it together! And i used to watch it too on the tv when i was younger before i knew what anime was! i was surprised to know that it was actually Japanese cause i always thought it was originally arabic 😭
