    Thanks for this review... as of the moment, I'm in a decision making stage between the Kayano 27 and the GT 2000 8 Tokyo... though I'm a neutral runner but I liked the support that's provided by the stability shoes...
    By the way, I used both neutral and stability shoes in my running shoes rotation...

    • @kickinit7018
      @kickinit7018  Před 3 lety

      Hey Lloyd, oh man that's tough because the colours on the Tokyo's are classic haha! They look amazing! You can't go wrong with either or, please note though that they Kayano has a tad more structural support but with that comes a stiffer midsole. So if you want something a bit softer, the GT-2000 may be the better way to go! To be honest, it seems silly but I would go based off colour, they are both such excellent shoes for stability that you really can't go wrong with either!

      Urgent bro! I had the 25 and loved the 26. But for long runs I love my Nike Vaporfly next percent etc but for playing cricket volleyball and uneven runs I love my kayano 26s. They saved me from a lot of injuries possibilities.
      I just feel for long runs I don't enjoy them as they are stuff but I love how they hug your foot compared to even my zoomfly 3 Nikes.
      Is the GT 2000 a stability shoe also. I'm not sure if it has duo max. Is it also a stability shoe but softer? What do you say? I'm buying a 28 and I have a buy one get 50 percent of sale from the factory outlets so contemplating whether to get the 27s or the nimbus or GT 2000. What about the Meta runs for running they look promising. I can just use them for running and keep my 28s as work horse my my weird uneven surface sports like cricket volleyball and uneven running.
      I know many questions sorry and might be confusing but im sure you know what I'm asking.
      Need a second shoe suggestion.
      Also last question what is the difference between the 27s and 28.
      Waiting for a quick reply bro

    I have neutral arches but my arches got hurt when I wore gel kayano 27 for a run. I thought it was a one time thing and didn’t bother but the pain consistently increased for 3 days, it hurts badly. Should I continue to use them? Or go for neutral.

    Hi sir this is a very helpful video. I had one question if you could help me I bought kayano 26 and later realised im an underpronator, since the shoe is expensive i dont want to throw is out so can i put and insole for lateral support and use the kayano which only has medial posing? Plz answer it would be very helpful for me

    • @kickinit7018
      @kickinit7018  Před 2 lety +1

      Hey Faran, you sure can! The overpronation support will simply act as extra support. If you add in the lateral support now you have the best of both worlds. You are good to go, I have sold plenty of Kayano's to people who would put in their own insoles. If you have any more questions let me know :)

    Cool, but why would anyone buy the nimbus then?

    • @kickinit7018
      @kickinit7018  Před 2 lety

      Hey my friend, because along with the extra support comes with comes a bit of a stiffer midsole. The Nimbus, has less structure and this with its high amounts of gel make it a lot more soft in the midsole area than the Kayano. All personal preference really!

    I am 120 kgs and a teacher.I stand for 6 hrs a day at an average.I am using the Asics Gel Fortitude now and find them pretty comfortable.I assume I am neutral/under pronator as that's what Fortitude is recommended for.I was suggested this shoe by Asics, Amsterdam when I visited The Netherlands 4 years ago.Please suggest if I should go for Nimbus, Cumulus,GT 1000,Venture or Kayano? Comfortable and durable shoes are my priority.Also,my friend is getting these shoes from USA as I don't get US size 13,Width 2E in India.Do you deliver to India.Regards,Kevin.

    • @kickinit7018
      @kickinit7018  Před 2 lety +1

      Hello Kevin, I am not sure if Asics delivers to India. You would have to check on the website. As for which shoe to go with, I would go with the Gel-Nimbus or Cumulus, these will be closest to the Gel-Fortitude with even MORE gel-cushioning, so they will be even comfier. Especially the Gel-Nimbus, it is the softest Asics shoe and would be great for when you are on your feet all day teaching. I hope that helps :)

      Hello Tushar, you are definitely right on that one. I hvave owned the 23, 24, 25 and 26, and they all start off a bit tough. Especially in the midsole! But just give them some time and some miles and you will see they break in beautifully my friend!

    • @kickinit7018
      @kickinit7018  Před 2 lety

      Hey Kajen! You sure can, it is best for people who are flat footed or overpronate..but if you have neutral arches that overpronation support will simply serve as extra support. I personally use it for a lot of running/walking daily :) Here is my review if you would like to learn more about it:

      Hey Murat! Sorry for the delayed response. You sure can. The Gel-Kayano is a very versatile shoe. Although it is built for the heaviest of runs, I.e. 25 K and up, it is also used for short runs as well and even walking. I typically use it for 5 Kms and even just everyday walking, especially when on vacation. I hope that helps, anymore questions let me know!

    What about if I have flat feet? Can I run on nimbus??????

    • @kickinit7018
      @kickinit7018  Před 3 lety +1

      You still can run on a Nimbus if you have flat feet, but you will not get the same level of support compared to if you have got the Kayano. That doesn't mean the Nimbus will be bad, but the Kayano will be better specifically for your foot type if you are in fact flat footed!
