Everyday we see people who look like us receive favorable treatment from the judicial system that everyone knows they should not receive. I guess you have forgotten about all the black and brown carjackers, armed robbers, and even murderers who terrorize society and are never held accountable. There is more than two. I had to go to court and one day I went into the court room and there were people dressed on sweats and house shoes. I looked out of place there. The next time I had to go, for the same case, I didn't see anyone dressed like that in the courtroom.

I worked in the federal prison for over 25 years, don't know why he's crying because he should be able to that time in a federal prison CAMP and not inside the fence and that's a major big difference. Just like Mike Vick, no shackles or hand cuffs. Also most likely he will be able to self surrender, giving him time to get his matters in order before reporting. He most likely will no do the all of the 40months because it's an non-violent offense. I know anytime is too much time but if I'm locked up in Feds sign me up for the camp all day everyday.😂😂
