That immigration officer could have been one of the men who have attitude towards Nigerian men because they believe Nigerian men take their women here in SA hence why he mentioned a woman that brought him here and him taking care of his woman. It could also be a person who is xenophobic too but then again it could be just someone who is nasty because we do have people who don't treat clients right especially Black on Black. He wasn't professional at all, some of the things he said had nothing to do with the matter that was at hand. Also let's not take away the fact that an SAan law was broken so the law had to take its course just like in any other country. I've lived in SA for a while nd I know SA men don't treat their women right for which reason SA women are said to prefer West African men, more especially Nigerian men to SA men. This makes the SA men hate the guts of especially Nigerian men. I believe what happened at the airport with u was xenophobic especially when the guy decided to see u more as a Nigerian even though u gave him an American passport. I'm sure if u appeal the ban and build an argument around the encounter with that immigration person u might succeed.
