Two real women workout and discuss real issues. We talk about staying healthy and bouncing back after a breakup or any change such as motherhood or a loss. Hope you enjoy
Mimi sasa hapo Kwa story za nannys ndio niko...I just needed to hear this😩plus the part where corazon said that she raised her son and that's why she's attached...am seriously attached to my daughter and I honestly love it. I feel like am just done with househelps.
I love you guys for being real. Am always addicted to Corazon content for living a normal life like any other person. Her content always educative keep up.
I admire mothers who work out after having babies, congratulations to you. Kindly guide us on postpartum diet that will prevent excessive weight gain but still maintain adequate milk supply
One thing that worked for all my babies is hydrate more, eat your greens and fruits. I really portioned carbs and proteins. By week 13, I was back to my pre pregnancy body. I did moderate workouts throughout from 4 weeks postpartum.
