Here, the types of doctors they are showing are not real but they're actually exaggerated versions of how kids that dreamt of being a rapper, model, athlete, maestro etc. became a doctor under their Indian parents' pressure. Some people in the comments didn't get this point, that's why I mentioned it here. 😀
