In your video, I saw the place where I used to work (Fotomax) ten years ago. The bus station in front of me has now become a square, and an overpass has been built outside. The change is really great

The government needs to do something about those kiosks and container stores there. It doesn't look good for the place
Yes. The problem is known. The solution is what's not as straightforward to implement. Too many variables to deal with in solving it.

If you can help with this information why are they going to buy train from China instead of buying the machines and materials to be built in the country. At least our boys can get work to do just like Tanzania president is doing. That is the only thing Tanzania president is using to overcome his greatness. Why are they not asking them to come and built in our country
Kwame Nkrumah circle has been a market and transport terminal and that is what it is today. It is difficult to move the occupants from that area away. It is a business district of Accra and 90% of people visiting Accra make their transit there. What you are suggesting is too difficult now. Lets wait time will bring itself

The back of the bus terminal should be broken down and build heavy market and flats on top the down could be used for car parks. There should be a plan for that area to stop cars from blocking the roads side. A lot need to be done. Is not too hard but it takes a courageous leader to do this
One of the smartest thing I think could happen to circle is having an underground mall. Sounds crazy, but it'll take a huge workload off the ground. It'll give breathing room for the lorry station too.

It'll be under the interchange, you don't need a separate land or space above ground to build an underground marketplace or mini Mall
Circle used to be my playground in the early 90s, now I don't recognize ANYTHING about it. Good progress!

behind "Dubai" lurks the murky slanderous and pungent Odaw river! It was all a quick fix $$$$$
What was all a quick fix?
Future plans should turn the Odaw / Korle lagoons into properly waterways for recreational / travel purposes. We need to think big with our development plans.
The areas around the interchange are ripe for modern high rises and a proper commuter train / bus service.
