      There is no such thing as a triune God, unless ofcourse you worship satan and his friends. Didnt Jesus say, Our father that is in heaven THY kingdom come THY will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give US our daily bread?
      So are you saying that Jesus is asking himself for bread? And was a skitzo? Wollahi may Allah forgive all of you for this blasphemy.

    Here's a summary of the video:
    AR is defending the Christian belief in the Incarnation (God becoming human in the form of Jesus Christ) against objections based on Old Testament verses.
    Key Points:
    •Old Testament Context: Passages like Numbers 23:19, 1 Samuel 15:29, and Hosea 11:9 emphasize God's non-human nature. These were written before the Incarnation, and thus don't rule it out.
    •God's Appearances: Even in the Old Testament, God appeared in human form at times. This shows that statements about God not being human shouldn't be interpreted as saying He cannot take human form.
    •Future Incarnation: The Old Testament itself contains prophecies about God appearing as a human. This directly contradicts the idea that Old Testament verses make the Incarnation impossible.
    Summary: AR concludes that objections to the Incarnation based on certain Old Testament verses are flawed due to their historical context, God's past appearances in human form, and prophesies within the Old Testament itself.
    CONCLUSION: The Trinity is Biblical and True

    These passages also seem to be about Gods character and His acting. So it fits perfectly with the lord Jesus who is also not a liar, like we are.
    Furthermore:
    *Num. 23,19*
    God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
    Man = אִ֥ישׁ
    *Exodus 15,3*
    The Lord is a man of war: the Lord is his name.
    Man = אִ֣ישׁ

    Galatians 1:1, "Paul, an apostle-not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ and God the Father, who raised him from the dead".
    There is some sense in which Jesus is not a man. This allows Paul to say that he is an apostle through Jesus and not through man. Since it is correct to say that Jesus is not a man in this way, then one can also say that Jesus is not a man that he should lie. This would allow one to accept the deity and humanity of the Lord Jesus while also affirming the truth of verses like Numbers 23:19. It is then possible to say that the Incarnation of God the Son does not contradict Numbers 23:19.

    Hi Anthony,
    Do you think this corresponds with the affirmation that "God sees not as man sees" in 1 Samuel 16:7? I ask because within the same passage it is affirmed that He (unlike man) fully knows the human heart (of all). Then in the NT, we see the Lord Jesus has this same knowledge (John 2:24-25; Acts 1:24; 1 Corinthians 4:5; Revelation 2:23).

      No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him (John 1:18), and no man has ever seen God in the Person of the Father (1 Timothy 6:16).
      Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

    Can you answer the objection that his humanity was not God? It was not divine but they say that the man was not God.

    • @swordthroughsoul
      @swordthroughsoul Před 4 měsíci

      Jesus' flesh/human nature is not divine. Jesus is a divine person, clothed in a human nature identical to ours but without sin. Our person, who we are, is separate from our nature. When we sin, our person is defiled through the lust of the nature we inhabit, which is in opposition to our person. Jesus had a nature that was subject to temptation and in opposition to his person in the same way our nature is - but he overcame his nature. The Word is a person, that person took on human nature but never ceased to be the person of the Word. If my person left my body and took up the nature of a cat, it would still be ME inside that cat - ME as a cat. Hope this helps

    If God were to have body and form, He would be limited and defined, because it is impossible for there to be a body which has no limitation. Everything that has limitation and definition, by virtue of its body, also has a limited and bounded power. Since God's ability and power have no limitation or boundary, His power is not the power of a body. And since He does not have a body or any form, He cannot be affected by any circumstances that can affect a body, as for example the effects of being separate from another entity. Thus it is impossible for Him to be anything other than one.

    • @AaronOfJerusalemAndAthens
      @AaronOfJerusalemAndAthens Před 7 měsíci +2

      When we say that God became a human, we do not mean that he changed his divinity into a limited human body. Rather, he remained infinite and unlimited as he assumed a human nature to himself and personalised it. Just as God is not changed by creating the cosmos, so also he is not changed by the Incarnation.

This also means that he does not have a form and yet he has a form. This is not a contradiction because these are true of him in different respects. With respect to his divine nature, he does not have a body or a form. With respect to his human nature, he has a body and a form.
