I live in St. Louis Missouri and I can say the Mansion is a very real and haunted place. St. Louis has many haunted buildings that are not very recognized. The mansion being the most popular one you can see live bands, eat at the restaurant, and was turned into an In. for visitors to stay in and witness the events themselves.

Woah, that lady in black's reflection was legitimately creepy. Her reflection just moving while she was completely still is crazy, someone must've had a good eye for them to notice that.
They just masked her out and slowed her down to stop her from looking over towards the guy and the camera. For some reason they wanted to do that but they didn't notice the reflection or couldn't do anything about it. Her movements were essentially re-timed in edit.

Got to admit I really liked that one. I like how it was part of an ad so even those making it never noticed. I like the comment on perhaps they edited the video to lock her in place (computers are so powerful) so she would not look at the video person for a more powerful image, yet the rest of everything kept moving. That is possible with software these days. But they forgot the reflection as it is hard to see and oopsy. It IS a professional ad so they have computers and software far more powerful than everyday folks so such a thing is possible. But it's still eerie once you notice.

It appears there’s a shadow at the very beginning of the second video. When the video points at the first window, something seems to pop up at the lower right corner of the window and stop. Not sure if it’s the shadow of the person recording the video or what. 1:50 on the video.
I feel sorry for ghosts, always being bullied, they get called on to show themselves and then watch as people start swearing, crying and then run away. Then do you notice how the person holding the camera always seems to outrun the Black figure carrying nothing that gives chase.
I found the ghosts of mom and son holding hands to be very sweet, not scary. It just proves that love can transcend death.

Second one is most likely an editing mistake, possible that they didn't want anyone looking in the actors direction, wanted the shot to be a certain way.
That's exactly what it is. They just forgot or couldn't do the reflection.

I've heard of productions asking random people if they wouldn't mind being in their Ad (cheaper than paying for lock out and actors) and only ask to act normal and to never look into the camera. Most people excited want to be in the film and will follow along, especially after being asked it's easier to avoid. I feel this wasn't an actual production team though. Just some amateur who got the shot of the guy leaning on the wall and Expedia liked that shot and gave him/her a couple bucks for that short clip and cheaply edited since it's a quick Ad and probably only get used a couple times before putting new ones out.
It's funny when I take my cheap camera out in public and just try to take random pics of scenes and animals, I get surprised by how many people stare my way and even sometimes pose waving without even interacting. lol
