    Same problem as everyone else, I bought this attachment trusting it would fit my Ryobi. It came with no attachment parts and didn't fit my Ryobi. Wanted to return but couldn't find any indication to do so. No address, no name, nothing. Bought it through Facebook and cannot retrieve the post. What a rip-off! Thanks for the video, will try that.

    This video helped me so much! I had the Ryobi bush wacker attachment already, so I was lucky, but if not this would have been a major pain.

    Thank you. Great help. Question? Should you use a washer when applying the nut? I noticed you just screw on the nut without a washer. Thank you 😊.

    • @vietrandy1
      @vietrandy1 Před 10 měsíci

      Most torque tightened joints do not use washers because their use can result in relative motion between the nut and washer or the washer and joint surface during tightening. This has the effect of changing the friction radius and hence affects the torque- tension relationship. I just saw this. Also, the manufacturer recommends 325 inch pounds to tighten the nut.

    I just got the trimmerplus in yesterday. But I didn't realize it is an attachment. What is the name of the part I need to attach the trimmerplus too? If I can't get the part that makes the trimmerplus go, then I will need to send it all back and give up.
    Thank you

      Honestly I wod just return it u arnt Goin to be satisfied with the results I hav better results with my regular weedeater if u use this item it vibrates yo hand very hard and u have to put pressure on the tool for it to do anything and it can damage stone r a flat surface fast and they wear dowm an unravel fast but the attachment is called a brush cutter

    What a palava I've had with this Wire wheel, NO fittings, NO instructions, NO money back. They do NOT, fit every Trimmer. But you have to find out the bloody hard way. I see that Amazon and Ebay, now list the makes and models that they WILL fit. I've got my Bank on the case, trying to get my money back. best offer so far, 70%, ''because of 'COVINE'. jeeeeezus.
