Tips:
Instead of using sugar you can use epsom salt ! It helps you sleep better and calms the body !
You can add food coloring , but it won’t do anything other than making your scrub look nice !
BODY SCRUBS ARE ONLY TO BE USED IN THE SHOWER ! If you are putting the scrub on your hands then you can do that outside the shower but otherwise only in the shower !

I did this. And when I did this ants came everywhere into my showers here’s what I did instead to replace this: add ur sugar, add body wash and cocunut oil (I did it with an aloe Vera one but u can also use normal coconut oil) then for my skin preference I added coffee. (Normal Nescafé coffe) hope this helps!

I initially thought that it wasn't goin to be that good ,but I still made it cause I had all the ingredients,but Omgggg it left my skin soo unimaginably soft . Go try it it's very good and it actually feels good to use the things u make yourself since you know how it works and what you added in it . I got a small fruit container which I use to eat fruits at school and you can use any coconut or olive oil ,I had both but I used coconut oil .Overall I think this might be the best product I've ever tried.😊

You just kinda dump it in bc it depends on what thickness you desire ❤ typically those with sensitive skin like theirs to be a lot runnier, but I like mine regularly thick so you just kinda add stuff and experiment to find what works for you ❤

The simplest body scrub to make is sugar with oil ( preferably coconut or olive oil) make sure it’s 80% sugar 20% oil. Another way is to use body wash or lotion but oil will give the best results
