- The Free State High Court has dismissed the urgent application of Moroadi Cholota with costs.
Judge Mareena Opperman said her reasons will follow in due course.
The former personal assistant to the then Free State premier Ace Magashule lodged an urgent application to have her arrest and extradition declared unlawful and unconstitutional.

She cannot be a state witness, bcs she will be committing himself to work against her bosses. Being state witness will cause her to talk the truth, remember all those millions are there, and she is rich this one, she will go for her trial, come back and spend that money.
