What I really love about Namjoon is the way he let his members say what they want in USA interviews no matter how dumb it could sounds, he might looks done but not ashamed of his members..
If you watched their behind the scenes of them attending music awards shows in USA he'd always tell them to just be themselves, he never said "don't act like that or don't say this you will embarrass us" and ask them what they want to say to help to translate it
And one of the moments I will never forget as an army is, in 2017 when they went to billboard award show for the first time and namjoon told them to stay close to him , also asked jin to stay close to him even thought he was the only member fluent in english and he could take his chance and shine by himself but he tried hard to translate to his members so they could be a part of the interview and share their opinions even with one word

And during award shows when they go up on stage to receive the award he is always checking if all the members are on camera, makes sure everyone has a chance to give a speech ( shy jk running from RM during speeches is such a cute and funny thing haha). He is such an inspiring leader!

I really love your comment💙. I'm really happy that Joonie doesn't tell the members to act a certain way.....And tells them to be themselves. And also translating something from your own language to English isn't a piece of cake tho as the translations aren't always entirely correct....In terms of that Namjoon does a very good job at translating. Also leading a the world's biggest boyband is also another burden......I hope he takes good care of himself and doesn't pressurize himself too much. Namjoon is perfect leader for BTS indeed💜

I agree with you DT! He is kinda like the face of the band, specially for being responsible for translating when they are abroad. His leadership is so admirable, imagine leading the biggest band in the world! He respects and helps his members and of course has a cute relationship with the maknaes :)
Don't forget that Namjoon is a ambivert. Jin, Yoongi and Jungkook are introverts; And Hobi, Jimin and Tae are extroverts. So it is a big responsibility of him as a leader understanding both the sides. He's also really good at translating (again...It is not easy to translate something which you speak in your language in English as, the translations can be wrong. He makes sure that he translates well what the members really mean to say). And at last he's also like a dad (I mean like he's very caring and responsible). He's also very mature for his age😌 He is indeed the perfect leader for BTS💜💜

Jimin daddy is in law enforcement. He wanted to be like his dad. Jimin donates to police academy scholarship and policeman that lose their lives each year with his dad in charge of the nonprofit funds.
