i noticed ur subscriber count after finishing the whole video, and have to admit, i was thinking you have a million subs atleast bc the quality of the videos are great, good job, new sub
This video deserves more attention - thanks for sharing your journey.
Wow this is inspiring. I have been in the same boat trying to start coding and after a few days I kept giving up because it was "hard". But for some reason after watching this video, it has inspired me to push myself and actually give it a shot once more because computers and technology are honestly what I am interested in. Thank you for this video
You can do it May!! Keep us updated on how it goes 😁
Je editing is INSANE! Heel lekker bezig
Thank you for this video brother. Truly inspirational. I am 23 right now and have just started the CS50 course to see if I can make it work. Its only been 2 days and I have quit more than once but this video has given me the energy to just put my head down for 3 months are risk it. If things don't work out, they won't but at least I won't regret not trying. Thank you mate. I will watch this video every time I decide to quit.
I have faith in you Varun, go get it G! 🙏🙏
Yes finally a new video!!! ❤️❤️❤️
theres ppl with 100k subs and not even 50% of this quality, subbed!
Major respect!!! ❤
you inspired
and i also subscribed (wishing you best for fun adventures ahead 🥳)
Really nice video 😫, I’m really inspired, thank you 😊
This video is really inspiring! i signed up for business it & management major, and i'm also following the cs50 course (third week) but after watching this video, i immediately wrote an email to the school requesting a switch to the software development major. i'll put in the work to complete the cs50 course and start my bachelor experience in september! Much love man.
Happy for you man❤
As a coder myself who also posts some videos about it on CZcams, this is an awesome story to follow. Congrats on the job and wish you the best of luck in your coding journey 👍
Wow I just looked at you're channel, really cool channel! You got a new sub 😁 (I also like chess a whole lot!)
@@therealThesner oh wow, thanks man. Appreciate it 🙏
what i watched whole video and thought u maybe have 100k-200k subs but when i looked at your subs count i was amazed great quality brother keep it up
Thank you for the video. I really really enjoyed it and could relate to it so much. I basically gave up a long time ago and have been struggling to get back to coding and computer science. Just started a CS program again after failing many times and considering myself as a dumb dumb guy. Watching this video and the thing you said at the very end made me smile and gave me hope and enthusiasm. Gonna start CS 50 in the next few mins. Gonna turn my life around. Fingers crossed!!🤞🏻
Lets gooooooooooooo, you got this G!! Keep us all updated on how things go. Goodluck with the problem sets 😄 and thanks for commenting the nice words!
@@therealThesner thank you for replying! And I will👍🏻
I love the the pure excitement you have when finally solve a problem. No matter how much you’re banging your head against the desk and finally you get it. There is legit no better feeling. Thank you for the inspiration brother. I currently am studying data structure and algorithms getting ready for interviews and was feeling very frustrated. Thank you for the video
Hahaha it really is!! Thanks for your nice comment and goodluck with your interviews bro!🙏
Inspiring video man, hopefully I can do it too! :)
Similar story on my end, I haven't finished the CS50 course. I'm on week 2, but Dr. Malan is a beast! He's so articulate, and I understand him very well. I am excited to learn more and get where you're at. Great video, great story, wish you all the best! Stay hungry!
HI bro, I just started and I am so confused about where to start, could you please guide me?
i get motivated from this video and you are a gem to us ❤
btw who edit your video the video editing was great!!!
Hi Thesner! :) Greetings from Australia! Thank you for sharing this it is SO inspiring! I also regret the decision I made years ago to stidy philosophy and Fine Art at university. While i loved those four years and art will always be my heart and ill always want to make art, i couldn't figure out how to make a career out of it (although I did learn critical thinking skills there as well as research skills and learned how to learn in itself). Fast forward 10 years ive worked in admin for 6 years, very depressed because I was severely under stimulated. Roughly 2 years ago I studied UX design but have been unable to land my first job. So i took a support customer service role for a tech company that makes contractor management software. I excelled at this and managed to work my way into a client solutions specialist role where I had to pick up dome Html, css and SQL. It was here that i fell in love with code and realised that I liked it more than designing. So fast forward to present day, i am learning upskilling in my spare time to become a front end developer. Do you think ill be disadvantaged if I don't take a bootcamp?
G'day (I heard thats how they say hi in aussie xD), Thanks for the love!! Im very happy to hear you fell in love with coding and finding enjoyment in your job!! For your question, I don't think there is "one way" for learning development so not doing a bootcamp isnt necessarily a disadvantage. However I do need to say that Udemy/bootcamps help me a lot, they're cheap and just packed with information and common errors (sometimes him/her explaining instead of you trying to figure it out saves you DAYS haha). A Udemy course could be a good option where the risk is max $20 (they are always on sale, if not try a different browser). You can then even cherry pick some topics you need knowledge off and skip the things you already know! I often do a udemy course and then a hobby project that is different from the course's project but has some overlaps. (building it yourself with the course as a fallback works great for me) Wish you the best on your journey 🙏
@@therealThesner thanks for your tips :) I wish you all the best on your journey too!
I'm thankful and grateful that I found this video. Thankyou so much for helping and inspiring, you gave that hope, I neede so badly. Thankyou
You can do it sir!!
A very well made video, as I went with it, the video resonated more and more with me, as someone struggling to learn to code, you're my new best friend ;)
Honor to be your friend 😁
this channel is underrated and as a 19 y/o girl i m going to start my coding journey now so bassically if i would be successful ahead some part of its credit goes to u....so ya keep guiding me and i m ur new sub.

That's inspiring thank you so much 🙂
You are a programmer and video editor waw that's so coool 😂❤
That is awesome, I am also going into IT for a 4-year degree, wish me luck!
Awesome!! Good luck sir! 🙏
Inspiring journey bro, on the same path 2. I thought i was the only one gets distracted for 1 day and then come back 4 weeks later having forgotten and have to start over LMAO
you are such an inspiration
No YOU 😉🙏 (I'm a walking mess hahahah)

Thankyou for these kind words and subscribing, really is appreciated so much!🙏
Thank you,
Big fan here 🙋🏼♀️

How I watched this video in 5 minutes & understood everything
i start today . thank you bro
Nice video 👏Just a question for you: Do we need to be knowledgeable in maths to take the CS50 course? I am a biochemist and my math level is 1 🙃😬
I got a new sub family coz I shared this in my group too
Had to watch in 1.25x
Actually he is using a CZcams algorithm trick, to boost up his videos. when you watch a video in fast forward then CZcams sees as a video boost
@Sj-yf2jg who cares💀
@@BallSniffer-uw4kr yes that's right 😁😁😁
It is actually normal in this speed
@@Sj-yf2jgI thought it was the other way around. If you slow down a video, you get more “watch time” because it counts real world seconds and not video playback seconds when calculating that time.
Nice
I like your progress, but i also have one problem i don't plan, like i don't sort out what i want to learn in an entire week though i learn and get things properly, but i dont have a timetable, that's my Problem, though right now i can code in HTML, CSS, JS and PYTHON, but i think i should also for the CS50 courses
I am learning DSA and trees and graphs are so hard. I don't know it seems so tough to complete those in 3 months.
TLDW:
Computer Science background but didn't click
Studied CS50 and finally clicked
Amazing story! and lmao at the "Is Elon Musk a real person" on your screen lol
Is CS50 the equivalent of a single, one-semester course at Harvard? If that one class was so life changing I'm trying to imagine what an entire CS degree from Harvard would do.....I guess you'd REALLY be like Bill Gates then.
Hahaha you have sharp eyes 👀Yeah I can't help and wonder about the same thing, freaking geniuses over there for sure!
Honestly after complete Mario, don’t wanna play mario again in my while life lol
hahahahaha i feel ya
And here I'm with 4 years of experience still couldn't manage to get a decent job
Is there any Nextjs developer here? Asking for collaborative projects.
I am just starting out and I am so confused about what language to start with? I want to be a web developer
Hi,
Web dev is a hard route (I took the same path).
It's because you have so much frameworks and languages to learn. However, in my humble opinion this is a decent approach:
-start with HTML, CSS & JavaScript
-build a first hobby project focusing on front end (meaning dont save data in a database etc.)
-Learn NodeJS & SQL(sql is peanuts)
-build a full stack project (meaning with saving data in a database)
-Learn React or Angular
-build a project with the framework you've chosen
Keep in mind:
-starting and building is most important
-u can buy a udemy course for $15 to learn the languages
-with chosing frameworks you can check vacancy's and see what is in demand for company's close to you if you learn it for a job.
@@therealThesner You mean starting with week 8 I guess? Honestly I am already stuck at Week 0 scratch. But yeah I guess learning Java, HTML, CSS would be best and easy to get a job, once find a job I can continue with the rest of the course
So you dont have a CS degree, just very very very similar one.
sad to watch after graduate collage as a it engineer in poland i cant find a job and just a random guy after 3 moths of self-learning got a job, pretty funny
not a bad video but you spammed the bass drop sound effect all throughout the video and then like 100 times near the end one after another and I literally started dying laughing💀😭
I don't know what your talking about (HAHAHAHAH Im sorry for your ears)
@@therealThesner hahahaha
Misleading title, but good for you
