@@PartyCrasher04 except they're all LITERAL short and stocky fighters who all are good at overcoming taller opponents with more reach. And there's vid tutorials all ober on how people like Mike use their shortness as advantage .

Can you also do a complete analysis about the techniques and gameplans of a smaller fighter? Mike Tyson (178 cm), Manny Pacquiao (166 cm), Canelo (173 cm), Pitbull Cruz (163 cm), Gervonta Davis (166 cm) and Naoya Inoue (165 cm) are my favorite examples.

If we talking about lanky boxer fighting inside we should mention David Benavidez
These kind of fighting to your body videos are cool. I think it'd be interesting to cover older boxers or fighters who are smaller height and weight wise.
I love this. As a guy 6'0"" with 78 arm reach who was best at 147 pounds, Escapada Monzon, El Flacco Explosivo Argguello, and the Motor City Cobra were my heroes.

Concerning the long lanky fighters being inside fighters (like Fundora), it seems indeed that this choice would backfire at some point.
Exept… for the great Sandy Saddler. Terribly tall and strong, he was one of the most devastating inside fighters I’ve seen. Do you know what he did better than all the others ?

if you have long arms, never ever intentionally try to fight on the inside. ALWAYS keep the distance and jab when reasonably possible.
always fight where you are at an advantage when possible.
Even more advantage with today's weigh in schedules compared to 40 years ago

I have long arms but not tall like them
that still is good bro, just figure out how to use your weapons
It's just the way they fight and how they rotate and move with the punches what makes them look like they have longer arms/reach, just try to get full extension on ur punches along with proper form and good techniche, add to it some timing and rythme like it was mentioned in the video, add some feints and bad intentions, and voilà, u now have unlocked more reach
Of all Physiques in combat sports that i've admire like Tommy Hearns and Alex Pereira (From Kickboxing and MMA). THEY CAN HIT SUPERNHARD LIKE THEIR ARMS WERE LIKE BULLWHIPS
Plus you have to under6 long arms are trash when on the inside

Guys I’m 16 5’9-5’10 compete at 147-156 and have a 77 inch reach (the doctor says I should hit 6 foot by 19 not sure if I believe her tho)idk if I should fight like an boxer puncher (Sugar ray leonard style) or an outside boxer because I do face a good amount of boxers who are taller then me which I use a pendulum step in and out kind of footwork like bivol for example but I don’t know which technique I should train primarily outside boxer or boxer puncher PLEASE HELPPP 😂😂😂
I also do go southpaw and kinda try to hit taller opponents going in and out with my jab like usyk did to AJ but I’m rlly not sure how to train help guys 😂😂
I think u can take the doctor for the truth because when I was like 7 the doctor said I should stop growing at 6’1 -6’3 an I’m 6’2 so ig it was accurate n also I’m pretty sure they got better at predicting the growth of a person by time u was borned cuz I’m bout 7 years older den you so you should be good long story short
@@MotorcityJuan thanks for the response and I will then for sure it’s just a little weird cause I actually checked like yesterday and I’m actually 5/8.5 and I heard boys stop growing at 16 but I will def take her word for it and train as an outside boxer but I am also developing my own style in which I can adapt to shorter or taller opponents but thanks again my man 💪🏿🙏🏿
