Jolanda does not come from a wealthy family and started training her horse without owning a saddle on a farm between the cows. Jolanda became known in the Netherlands by competing high level dressage against the sport horses with a 1.49m draft horse called “Guusje” (later known as "Super Guus"). In 2000 she became Champion Region Breda individual dressage in the highest intermediate level with Guusje. In 2001 she scored 20 times over a 62% with Guusje in the highest Dutch intermediate level between the big sport horses. In 2005 Jolanda was asked to perform as the special act at the FEI World Cup dressage Final in s-'hertogenbosch, showing the most difficult exercises of the Grand Prix dressage with her self trained Super Guus. I love Fjords, I always thought they looked like smaller baroque horses, like Andalusians, which would look really nice in the dressage ring, more Fjords doing dressage!

Me too I am paralyzed on my left side and started Equine Therepy I love this breed so much I asked the ranch if I could find one to adopt and I’m working with the Norwegian Frjod Horse Rescue to do just that can’t wait🥰❤️
Same I really want one for my first horse but I also want to do like grand prix level showjumping (i prolly wont do with my first horse tho) but does anyone know if its possible for them to do grand prix showjumping???
Awe...so cute! Love that you still have the hat! I can't imagine what your story has done for little girls who have a passion for horses and can see dreams can become real. Dank je wel Romy❤ ben zo dankbaar voor jouw support! Jij en Ilustro kunnen het ook! Over een paar jaar ook grand prix💪Maar voorlopig gaan de wedstrijden nog niet door vrees ik met corona. Ik had al zo'n voorgevoel dat ik niet te lang moest wachten om grand prix te starten en inderdaad. Gelukkig zijn we allemaal gezond en hopelijk blijft dat zo. Gaan we binnekort live?

Ik had iemand in mijn klas genaamd Isis die op paardrijden zit, en ik vertelde haar dat de fjord mijn favoriete ras was, en ze begon toen over jou te praten! dat ze jou kende! Ik ging het nattuurlijk meteen opzoeken! high dressage Fjord? Onmogelijk! :D

If this is the fjord, i would like to give everyone reading this advice (at least if you have a fjord!) Keep. The. Mane. ROACHED! The fjords mane is so thick that if it grows long, if it dosent have an unusual thin mane, it will be so heavy that the horses neck will get crooked bc of the weight and it will lead to sever damadge. I hope you follow my advice. The channel “horsewise” has a great tutorial on how to cut the mane.
