As a man in an hev suit, i had to pick orange. I got lucky the animation matched my personality
I have noticed one thing. Both Apple and Mint flavours give a reference to the battle idle from the Mario and Luigi RPG series.
part of why I'm trying to figure out where the others came from, especially Blueberry but I haven't checked somethint yet (pretty sure I'm wrong though)
@@Manavine idk if it was cream, amy or tails, but i remember someone jumping just like the rose one in sonic.
Edit: it was talking about tails in sonic rush bosses, but its not that similar

I love the neck crack animation for orange, it makes it so menacing and intimidating.
I never noticed about how theres different battle idle animations. I picked blueberry at the start and just went on with the game. After that i looked through some videos and found out about this. This is extremely cool about how much detail they put into this game

As a blueberry user, I can confirm this statement I somehow managed to not get hit for like 5 turns during the pit floor 19.

Grape and coal got that combat feeling
Coal is ready to throw hands while grape feels like you’re untouchable
speak like true robloxians...
Grape is more Confident and cocky, while Coal is more serious, Blueberry also has that feeling but a lil goofy i guess

im doing a blockma run rn where the only damage i can do comes from countering (or -3 attack power sword toss if they only have projectile moves) and grape is perfect since i can just stand there and tank everything

I frikin love it when games do this where they have elements that are niche yet give the game/element so much personality and dynamic to it.
*AND AND* you get to vibe to the banger combat theme it normally plays
How interesting that menu flavors actually "flavor" your character's idle anim
Plain - Patient, just fidgeting around, waiting
Mint - Ready to go like a certain green Italian
Apple - Loose and peppy like a certain red Italian
Banana - Wide fighting stance, dramatic and ready to mash at their enemies
Orange - Somewhat serious and neck crackin to keep in good shape
Rose - Silly and cutesy, a little cheery jump sort of taunting too, having fun
Grape - More serious taunting, come get some, but also braced and relaxed
Chocolate - "Alright let's do this", (gets down), "Hey are u gonna go or what?" Superiority of self, here cause they have to not want to
Coal - Serious fighter, actually understanding they're in combat, "you want some of this?" (throws punch)
Blueberry - Slight bounciness but enthusiastic, ready to dance, ready to tussle, ready to give a show
Also nice sync with moving onto the next menu flavor idle anim at 1:15
coal is easy on the eyes, but brown makes you look like a boss animation wise
If you’re in a party, it shouldn’t be possible to have someone’s flavour be apple unless someone else’s is mint and vice versa
My flavor is Apple simply because it fits my avatar (Red Torso)

fun fact: Apple is either Mario's or Luigi's combat idle animation from the Mario and Luigi series. I think it's Mario's though.

all these idle anims are great, honestly there should be different anims for: low hp, victory pose, ko and maybe some attacks all depending on the flavor but i think that's asking for too much

Me And A friend of mine recently found out bout animation changes and I went with Grape, And the Friend Of mine Went Chocolate, Gotta Like The Idles of those 2 literally

Plain: Calm/smug
Mint: Luigi
Apple: Mario
Banana: T-pose and H-pose
Orange: Kiryu beast form
Rose: Amy(from sonic the hedgehog)
Grape: -Jojo reference?- Yare yare
Chocolate: Shadow(from sonic the hedgehog)
Coal: ssb stance
Blueberry: Majima breakdance
Favourite flavours: Orange, grape, coal and Blueberry.

Due to I learned this I did a explosive only run
Of course only other way of damage I can do was counter
It was fun
Omg im gonna plan to try that....
So plan your bombs carefully
Its easy to use them up especially when shops are so gapped apart
Whenever you get the wooden sword go to the back ally where the sword throw
The rats will give you 12 tixs meaning you will get 2 tixs
For the bux shop get the item+ so your bomb items will do a +4 instead of 3+ damage
Also get the thorns badge so counter damage will be a +2 damage
You'll most likely rely on counter on regular foes
Some foes you cant counter so if they're a hoard of enemies freely use a bomb
Banana is what my attention deficit ah self would be doing irl in a fight ☠️😭
