About our Guest :
Kaarthik Shankar is an Actor, Writer, Director and a very popular CZcamsr. He has directed around twenty short films, twenty comedy vines and malayalam web series episodes, which heavily contributed to his popularity and attribution of being the “Prince of Short Films” - Short Filmukalude Rajakumaran, winning two CZcams awards. It was during the lockdown days, his home turned out to be a production house with real acting talents. His humorous web series “Mom & Son”, starring Kaarthik Shankar, Kaladevi (his mother) and M.S. Raja (father’s elder brother) became a huge hit on CZcams. As a result of the flooding requests from the viewers, he had uploaded a few more episodes of the series, which also went viral. His mom Kala Devi and his Uncle M. S. Raja are also hugely popular. His mom now stars in a comedy series called Uppum Mulakum.
The conversation with Kaarthik Shankar is in two parts where he talks about his journey as an artist and how he strives to create in whichever ways possible. His reasons for giving up the directorial project in Telugu and the manner in which things panned out for him as an actor director via his very popular CZcams Mom and Son series. His first short film Sharikal Mathram has gone on to garner 30 Million views. He talks about how that changed the course of his life. He talks in-depth about how relationships have been a difficult experience for him and why he thinks that all broken relationships and heartbreaks are an opportunity to grow and evolve into better humans. In this candid conversation Kaarthik speaks very openly about the anger issues that plague him and how his mom has been a motivating factor in his life at every juncture.

"I am nothing" is dull to the mind when the mind is mimicking that realisation. "I am nothing" is peaceful, immovable and untouchable.
When we say we are nothing in physical terms, it means our body is a combination of many things, the energy (fire), the water(blood), the body(earth), the breathing (air), and many other things to break down a body/ physical combination.
When we say i am everything, it's because of awareness. The universe is created by awareness and it's within us.its just like salt (Physical form) and Ocean (awareness or consciousness), salt is a crystal form from Ocean. When it disintegrated , it returned back and merges
with Ocean. So we are nothing and everything.
