Enable Word Wrap for Paragraphs In Adobe Photoshop - Make Text Behave Like MS Word

In this video, I show you how to convert a text layer from point mode to paragraph mode in Adobe Photoshop CC. Doing this will allow each paragraph to take up more than one line and enable word wrap. This is the most natural option when working with text that is longer than a few words in length.

this did not work for me - I right clicked on the convert to paragraph and confirmed it really switched but it stil scaled the font

Why I'm not able to resize a layer of picture or text just by double taping on it. It does nothing. Any help? I used to resize layers like that now it's not working. Help me please!

photoshop is the most frustrating and badly designed software I have ever used. I abuse everytime I try to use photoshop. things that other softwares do very easily , it can not handle even the simple tasks.
