All dharmas are empty of characteristics.
    They neither increase or diminish.
There is no beginning or ending.
    Phenomenon is Emptiness.
When there is no thought, there is no phenomena.
When existence does not arise, it is called true self-nature.
Without any form, there is no ceasing or arising, no birth no death.
    True self-nature is permanent.
    Anything with form is impermanent.

The Cosmos is SILENT by default. Our minds are filled with chatter with inputs from the senses and memory.Meditation reduces this chatter into silence and a possible connection to the greater silence of the Cosmos.....This is NIRVANA.
