I have an acre in an upcountry town...(Kamwengye) Been thonking of developing it...what do u think,I want to build 3bedrooms 4 houses for rent (future wealth)

Thanks for reaching out, the choice of what to put needs your evaluation of the return on investment for which ever option ur evaluation( the revenue vs the cost u need for each) move arround establish the rent process of the different sizes and see how much each type intotality will take to return the money. As you target the future, don't lose sight of current cz it determines and gives u the most realistic picture
