KC & the Sunshine Band and The Village People: funk, R&B, and disco groups founded more than 30 years ago will perform in an unforgettable night at the World Travel Awards 2009 in the eco-friendly & endless luxury Hacienda Tres Rios Resort. KC and the Sunshine Band will heat up the ceremony playing some of their all-time hits: Get Down Tonight, Shake your Booty, That's the Way (I like it), YMCA, In the Navy & of course Go West.

that's energy! He, along with Kool and The Gang, and the Village People performed at the Charlotte NC 5th of July in 1999 sponsored by Winn Dixie at Memorial Stadium and it was a really great time! I'll remember it for the rest of my days.
