Hello Toby, been consolidating lots of information over past month and almost ready to proceed with Operating Agreement and LLC creation in FL.
    Question 1
Can LLC be taxed as partnership in the Operating Agreements even if Manager Managed and no members listed.
    Question 2
Can Directors receive distributions from LLC if listed in "Officer Provisions" in operating agreement.
    Question 3
Is there a registered agent you recommend in FL. Googled but some seem not too legit.
Thank you very much in advance. Note asked Clint this same question and pending response. Thank you.

I understand it's pure coincidence, but that example of "your daughter hitting someone" really triggers me. My mother was killed by some idiot who lives down the street; long story short, he rear ended a vehicle and sent that vehicle flying onto our front yard where my mom was standing, and she was severely injured and died from those injuries. I already got my lawyer to sue the SOB. I just hope there are assets worth taking from him and that they're unprotected. I'm not the kind of person to "lawyer up" to try to win the "ghetto lottery." But this guy deserves to get the tar sued out of him. And I hope my lawyer does just that.
