Inke jagah aap naste main Poha, Suzi, Daliya, Mudhi (murmure) etc.. lijiye.. ho sake toh teen fruits rakhiye apne pass.. Apple, Orange and Banana... Ek Kela (Banana) aap subah naste main Lena... Dopahar ke khane se pehle ek Apple khana... Aur Evening main Orange lena... Ek orange se thakan dur ho jata hai.... Hotel main jab khana khate Hain toh Naan, yah Maida ka chapati na lekar Atta ka tawa Roti yah Ghee ka Paratha lena... Mai aap ko khud me aajmaya hua diet bata deta hu jo ki bahut simple hai aap jaroor kariye agar aap ko sahi lage. 1) Daily morning me Tea ki jagah Jeera water. Bas Jeera ko boil karna hai ek glass water me aur jab half glass bach jaaye to chaaye ki tarah pee lijiye. 2) Uske baad me breakfast ya to fruits mainly apple ya fir poha, upma. 3) Lunch me 2 roti daal ya sabji me koi ek cheej bahut saara salad aur dahi ko patla kar ke half glass. Paani se patla kariyega. 4) Dinner me khoob saara sabji jaise ki lauki ki sabji uske saath khoob sara salad only. Chicken, mutton chorne ki koi jaroorat nai hai kabhi kabhi sabji daal ki jagah wo chalega. Hafte me ek din. Sugar aur rice ye do cheej aapko 100% chorna hoga. Jab meetha khaane ka man ho to Kishmish khaaiye Ye aap follow kariye pakka result milega Aur ye exercise wagaira me jyada dhyaan mat dijiye because ye aapke liye possible nai hai. Actually instead of dropping non-veg if Rajesh bhai does keto diet or low carbohydrates diet, it will really help. First stop eating all grains. Eat only vegetables, eggs, chicken and fish etc. Most importantly STOP sugar in every manner. Also starch.
