They just refills those bowl in the kitchen without cleaning them.
Job security is a good thing.
they dump the noodles into the customer's bowl, the waitress just swap the tray and the cook fill up the other tray, there no need to wash any bowl in the whole process, you just need 2 trays full of bowls

Cathy Nguyen guilty as charged. I did that to alleviate my pain from not being able to eat solid food for 3 months when i had my tongue removed due to cancer. He & the korean mukbang boy are my eating surrogates.

I was so confused. I've been subbed to Simon and Martina for years now, and they JUST posted a video a couple days ago. They rarely upload twice in a week, so seeing their faces in this thumbnail had me excited. Turns out, it's only one of the BEST MASHUPS IN HISTORY!

I think they just alternate between the two trays (one is prepped while the other is eaten). They also might reuse the bowls because no one touches the bowls except for the staff delivering the bowl.
Raelieous watch furious pete do this challenge. You can see the stack of bowls.
I think that one might be an exception. Furious Pete is a famous competitive eater, so they stacked all the bowls ahead of time for him because they knew he was going to eat it incredibly quickly. This video had the staff member walk to the back to get more.
Pete's one was a time challenge, so obviously the stacked the bowls (how many can he eat in 5 minutes).
