Made me mad bc I love them all but especially Robin ❤️❤️❤️

Just a little over 2 months since Robin and Mo’s birthday makes it even more sad 😢 The three of them had such great humor together!! Robin was is rare form and Mo was his usual funny, adorable self!! So tragic we lost them and poor Barry is the last man standing. At least we have all the music and memories like these!!

Very interesting Christmas special. Was it around '84 or so? It's so rare for them to appear with their wives and kids! Robin looks very fun, comfortable, and adorable here. In some later interviews and public appearances, he could come off very quiet, shy, and stiff.

Mo doesn't introduce Robin (which is strange but maybe because he had been talking to Cila before) but goes on to say this is Robin's wife Dwina. Robin says something under his breath which seems to me to be "no it's not" . Then I realized that they were not married until 1985. I don't hear an introduction of RJ either but the audience is laughing so it is hard to tell. Robin appears to be aloof towards Dwina and RJ for that matter. Not implying anything... just something I noticed and wondered about. Love this clip regardless particularly because of the way the three brothers are giving looks to each other at certain points. I love to see them interacting as family rather than as musical colleagues.
After I read your comment I re-watched the video. You're right in that for whatever reason Robin seems a bit aloof towards Dwina and RJ? However Robin seems in very good spirits otherwise. He truly seems to be happy and enjoying himself immensely!!😉
A great 'Gibb Get-Together' !! They must have had just Earpieces, for the Studio sound, as I don't think the other members could hear the Talkback. They could see themselves, on a Monitor to their left. But a great Clip, nonetheless, with them ALL there !! 👍🏻😀

They say opposites attract and it must be true bc Dwina seems like she's serious all the time and Robin is witty/ hilarious 😂 I don't know that tho about her so maybe I shouldn't say that. She said in a recent podcast that she had uncombable hair syndrome. Its a real thing. Look it up. Mo nicknamed her Dandelion, which is adorable. So much love there.

I noticed that too in several early pictures of Robin and his wife. I think that over time he came to love /appreciate her and they got closer.
