Sounds like oil seal pickup potentially which is a known issue on those engines on the Insignia and Astra. I do like the Astra J and with the SRi spec the seats and spec are good.
I've just looked into this and I'd say you are correct. Thanks for mentioning it as I would have spent some unnecessary time and money going down the wrong path. It's my/our first Astra J and it's not too bad at all. I do like the look of the 3 door version but it wouldn't be practical.
nice car for 2k,i had that service soon message on insignia 2,0 cdti and it had the pressure sensor type glow plugs ,there silly expensive,did you sell the automatic corsa?good luck for 2023 and get the misses to clean some cars on the channel
Thanks, don't think we've done too bad. The previous owner said it wasn't the pressure sensor type but I'll be honest I haven't even looked yet 😅 yes the Corsa has gone so should have a video coming in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for the support.
