outside of country i don’t dare to eat raw food as well. As our stomach may not be used to the food outside, ice, raw food etc. haha.
I think your stomach upset may be due to that. I saw they use raw egg white or so to prepare in the coffee on youtube 😅
I overestimated my stomach’s ability to tolerate raw egg 🥲 no issue when I have it in SG haha

Avoid raw vegetables in developing countries!
Don't be silly, there's so many amazing fruit and veg to be eaten. I've never had any issues, just use your common sense when deciding where to eat
