Funny note. On the Genesis version if you use magic on Death Bringer that kills him while he is already in the air, his axe will stick into the ground instead of him.
This is due to the calculation for where the axe needs to land is done when the final hit happens so if he is in the air already it thinks the body will stay in the air, which it obviously wont.
nosirrahx I'm not sure about axe hitting the ground, I have glitched axe sprites after that trick.

It's cool seeing the differences between the arcade and console versions.
Some characters dying sounds comes from Rambo movie.
Its really insulting knowing how many quarters and time i spent on this game in the arcade and now i see you pass this in less time than it takes me to take a shit.
Arcade mean more easily than Genesis.
I swear the death cry of the bald enemy is "OOOO SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!!"

Great TAS for a awesome game. I wish they had made the Genesis Golden axe 2 into an arcade game as well, i like the graphics on this one.This version is also much shorter than the genesis version.

hey dude, great run. learned a lot of sweet tricks here. How do you skip the text in the beginning. I can sometimes do it but it seems like a hit or miss. Is there a more reliable way I am maybe not aware of?

Actually the arcade version ends at Death Adder. You're thinking of the console versions.
