Hi Rachel, Last August I took the plunge on the 400 pc pallet of this! It was amazing but did have a few Target collabs in it I took BST. I would not order it again only because it was too much to deal with. There was several flawed pieces to mend/stain treat which I am avoiding at this point. I definitely am in the profit on it but it was a lot of work to get about 30% of it in my preferred condition for resale. I use your code and I do love Helpsy!

I get asked that a lot and the answer is always NO! This box didn’t even come directly from Helpsy. Definitely a good video to show those skeptical.
Aww I hope they see this and give you a credit for the flaws! I would've complained about the low end collabs UNLESS the collab brand specifically was on the brand list. The Tory dress is great!
Every time I have reached out to them, they have made things right for me. I am so impressed with their customer service. I hope they continue working to make their pre-owned boxes better. I asked you a question on your last video (the top 15 sales one) about promoted closet.....I really need some input there. I know you are busy but I need to decide what to do later today! When I get a high end brand that needs a button, anything that needs to be stitched, or has a stain I can’t get out I take it to my local dry cleaners and have them fix it. As an example I received a Tom Ford tank top that the stitching around the arm hole had come completely undone. Retail was $106 (for a friggin TANK TOP). They sewed it for me for $9 and I listed it and sold it for $46!
I had $12 into it so I’m happy with that.
Oh that’s great to know. I’m sure I have a local place like this and I really should get to know someone good that I can use when I have stuff that needs simple fixes.

Ugh... so I will say I am hot and cold on Helpsy but particularly with their "designer" boxes, it's no mas for me. Every single one I have ordered has very outdated styles, pieces that are not designer, faded, shrunk, holes, stains, tiny sizes for the best pieces, etc. I usually donate half the box and nobody wants what is left. So I am not surprised this was your experience. I will stick to first quality with brands I know sell and have tags! 😅
This was a fun experiment but yeah I much more strongly prefer paying up a little for the first quality stuff.
Yikes. I’m actually surprised you did not reach out to them since their customer service is pretty great. Not a single one of those Collab pieces should have been in that box.
I really should have. I wanted to see if I could actually sell them though which is why I did not. They really are great with making it right when I need them to. Trust me though I won't be doing these crazy experiments for the sake of experimenting anymore lol
I REALLY hope you complained to Helpsy on the Target/Zara/H&M collabs. Absolutely not of the same quality and should not be included. Does it say Target or Zara, et al anywhere on the brands included list? I'm sure it does not. This in large part is why I rarely order second hand from Helpsy anymore. Especially paying up for "designer" then getting Target. Not okay on any level.
If you don't want to fix them, on missing buttons I would absolutely just disclose. Most people will not be put off by that at all. So simple!!! But looking up those ALC silk skirts comps are not all that great, so who knows.
I truly am honestly surprised that you made your money back. But PLEASE reach out to them even still - this is just not okay, and they need to be advised. Way too many flaws, and crappy collab with low end retailers that they need to stop from slipping through.
I usually like Helspy too, and have done well with so many boxes. But I had one box that I just told them I was sending back or disputing with my credit card - no room for discussion. It took awhile, but they DID finally agree and sent me a label, and I returned for a full refund. I fight the fight!!
Definitely. I think it’s a good learning opportunity for them if anything else - I believe their sorters simply just did not know the difference and it’s a learning opportunity.
Thanks for the tip about the button! I personally would not buy something I need to repair myself but that doesn’t mean there aren’t people out there that would still buy it. It’s too late for that skirt unfortunately, it already went to donation. But I’ll keep it in mind for next time!
Why bother emailing Helpsy Source. They take your money and good luck Girl. I hade ample proof of the multiple bad boxes I received and had only curt email stating their policies.

This really is not the experience I have had. I have found their customer service to be pretty good. Maybe not the fastest, but they always address my issues. I had one box they finally agreed to take back in total, and sent me a label. But I was super-persistent. Honestly I don't think I will order their secondhand again though. Too risky. So part of me gets you!!!

sorry just saw the very end. Yeah - the combo of flaws and the multiple low end collabs - def say something next time! You may even want to give them just feedback now - let them know you dont expect anything back because it's been too long, but that you were auditing and you wanted to let them know. just a thought
Definitely. I know they are constantly trying to make the boxes better and I bet their sorters simply just do not know the difference. Either that or they need to put in the description of the box for sale that it could include big box collabs.
