Im not from america/central europe myself, my country never partitioned africas or latin americas so as a kid i've never seen a black ppl and had no knowledge on racism towards them what was offensive or such. Back in 00s-early 10 all those trending clips and rap reached my television, 50 cent, lil wayne, etc it was full of rappers n wording each other, so in school we actually thought it was sorta meaning like a bro or smth like that, so sometimes kids just randomly threw it at each other kek. If something is offensive, you shouldn't spread it yourself, if that's normal for one sort of people but for others isn't it's just hypocrisity
