You are saying there is no technology to plan a specific gender, but IVF with PGT is the technology that can be used for gender selection and it is 100% accurate but it is only offered to couples with genetic abnormality in India.

Do your research, ivf is not 100% accurate. As a matter of fact chances are 50% , only 50% of the ladies who get ivf conceive baby boys
