Tip for folks cutting corn on the cob upright, use a bundt cake pan, stand the corn up on the center cylinder & keeps it steady, all the kernels fall in in the pan & easy clean up
I always get the urge to cook after watching his videos
I'm usually watching late at night & I'm always hungry after watching his videos!😋
This is the perfect salad for the summer without feeling full or heavy. Add some chicken or shrimp and you have a meal

Every time i watch your videos your face and your expression remember me of my aunt Maculatina (Immacolata), you both really have the same facial expression! She left us last december at 90 because of Covid. We are from Italy, but we both love US: she used to tell me when in the 90s she went to New York and Canada to visit her relatives and described all of the beauty of those places.

That trick with the mustard was one of the most ingenious things I’ve ever seen.

He thought he got us with the cut the corn in 4 pieces and Jeremy got him with the Mustardo - priceless!!! and, and I just bought a new computer, bigger screen, yep thought watching my friend could not get any better - bigger is better, like I am in the kitchen - oh, and, and, and my Dad used to do the vinegar in the mustard thing too! and the ketchup!!! love him so much for keeping memories alive and well....xoxoxoxo

Hahaha... For sure the italians that live in the States for so many years do not remember italian language or they forget some of the words... Here in Italy we call it SENAPE not Mustardo....

Pasquale, when mixing in salads, try chinese sticks instead of a fork or spoon. That way you're sure you're not crushing anything in the salad. I love your recipes, i love you!

I make that salad too, sometimes I add a can of Italian tuna in Olive Oil (Rinsed). Delicious.
