It's horrible how the mainstream media is not doing the right thing by shedding light on these things to help the public.

100s or 1000s of people have lost money from their portfolio including me. I lost $2000
And what's really crappy about it. Is that when I backed up my recovery phrase I can't access it through my cloud because it says it's not supported. I would show you a screen recording but it won't let me post it on here.
CBW locked me out after deleted the app and redownloading. Still have recovery phase and it made me make a completely new wallet. Lost 6k

Yeah I lost mine by upgrading to iPhone 13 and I can’t remember doing a 12 word phrase either. I know I did 12 word phrase for another app not Coinbase wallet!

Here is my story. On 4/2021 I had $300 worth of SHIB in my Coinbase wallet. I had my key saved on my computer. One day, the Coinbase wallet signed me out. I used my key to get back in and it told me to create a new account that would have the same exact key... I spent weeks emailing them and they denied everything and here I am now. I take it as a L now. sad haha I paid $200 in gas fees for that $300 Shib because I knew she would pop! It is what it is.

Any luck on this? Does anyone know if there are any class action lawsuits we can join? For some reason my phone restored to factory settings and this was the ONLY app that could not be recovered or did not save my password!!! Even my Coinbase account was able to save the password so this just doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t recall getting a seed and now essentially lost over $10,000. I am still in awe that their response is just to send you an email that there is nothing they can do.

this happed to me. I had to update my IOS before logging in and then it made me enter the phrase. that was the only thing not backed up to my wallet.
Have the same issue. Set up a cbw and used same login info from Coinbase. Never gave a seed phrase. Now I have no access and never will.

Sorry ur going lose the Lawsuit. I just recovered the phrase from my old device it is in the settings. It is clear they asked to save the phrase to ur Google drive or please right it down incase u damage ur device.
