I watched it with captions and it turned Galway, Sligo and Derry into "go away, slowly go, and airy."

They are terribly cute, aren’t they. And sometimes shockingly able to be so dang funny it’s almost debilitating. I mean look at them being normal. But I almost had Diet Coke come out my nose the first time they did it, , then the third I think I inhaled a freaking fruit fly. And I listen to the Brexit Song sometimes just to enjoy the pure perfection of it. Well that’s the same with several of them. But to be honest a couple of times I wanted to cringe and scratch something, or pull on my hair…you know

Ok, so I only heard this explanation once, so it might not be totally accurate, but should give you the gist. I believe they were once called just something like "comedy group" or "comedy trio." And they were talking about what they could rename themselves. And somehow they came up with these 3 names that represented something about themselves, and put them together:
Foil, which is a type of literary character who helps to show another character to advantage (Like Watson to Sherlock Holmes)
Arms, because he's quite demonstrative with waving his arms about when he talks
Hog, because he can be a bit of a scene stealer and hog the limelight
