So in some places ( it's rare) you should change to shadow strike or chane slash
And about mercenary just kit them or use your 1 q and chane slash for melt them down

T6 is to low and you should fight people with same ip but check if they are 115spec + if they are just leave them alon

The 4.4 bloodletter itself is not so expensive, i saw them for like 800k in fort's market. But the further investment is in question. Shouldn't be too much though i think.
