The belly pan is essential IMO. I've only done some gentle off-roading on gravel roads and the paint is chipped and scored. I wouldn't trust the original plastic one.

Do you still ride with the stock mirrors? I threw mine away immediately and fitted adventure mirrors that provide plenty of adjustment and can be easily removed without any tools.

Well, believe it or not, now during the "Winter" month here in middle east it can get quit chilly in the early mornings. I had last week only 12 degrees Celsius out on the road and they came quite handy.... Ok, it was 5 am!
