For $15 Mil u'd get a mansion in bel air Beverly Hills LA n wn I say a mansion I mean times 10 the size of what u r trying to show here with 6 bedrooms each has its own bathroom and changing room, private movie theatre bar cellar outdoors dining massive kitchen and kitchenettes, swimming pool with the outdoor entertaining area, gym, 4 closed garage as well as an outdoor parking lot, not like parking on the lawn where ppl are supposedly gonna use to barbeque, etc ... There isn't even a changing room 2 bathrooms only where 1 of the 2 is for the master bedroom...a silly tiny living, tiny balcony not even a terrace... U r very funnily out of track at this point, these r unreal figures for Turkiye especially now that everything rate has slammed down with the recent devaluations and the nonstop raising taxes on daily basis...if u want to really sell u will need to ground urself 1st then get a good trainee in real estate n do something with ur English or get someone with fluent English or u can use ur own language with English subtitles...

Thanks a lot for your comment but mansions on the Bosphorus with a pier are exactly like that. This is even one of the cheapest mansions on the Bosphorus :) when compared to its historical background, we can say it's still quite an affordable price. As you also know (as a half Turkish), natural Bosphorus such as in Istanbul is an exception in the rest of the world. In the meantime, living on the Bosphorus is featured as a privilege in the 20-million population as well as easy access to all continents from Istanbul makes here a prime location at the same time. I don't know how old settlement Beverly Hills and the U.S in general are but there is a vast and empty surface area as I know (I also studied in the U.S.A :) so making mansions on a big size surface area is not a big deal. In here, long-established Istanbul, each meter square is as valuable as a diamond. It will be better to compare the places in the same league. For sure, every place has advantages and disadvantages but with pros and cons, we are not seeing these places on the same level :)

I don't get the people asking the price, there are only 600 houses or "yali" like this. If it would be in perfect conditions the price would be around 20-25. Maybe one of the most expensive locations of the world, the Bosporus

But ca is not istanbul. Why would you think that ca is more valuable than istanbul. These yali's have a huge history. Because its usa doesnt mean everything is better bigger and more expensive. La is full with homeless drug addicted people. Its a nasty place. Istanbul provides much more than ca.
You shouldn't use words such as "conquered". It has a very negative connotation. Image the Americans making a video where they say "see how wonderful we live... we enjoy this land since we conquered it [from the native people]". It is really unnecessary to use such words.
