- My mum found an incredibly old and very sentimentally important jewellery box while clearing out her house ready to move and she asked me if I could restore it to its former glory for her. Of course I said yes! So here's how I did it, hope she likes it and I hope you all do as well! 😁

Not rubbing the inner tray was wise as I believe they were flocked and it would have rubbed right off. Your mum will be so happy to have it back in her life again you know. Not only are you so talented Steve but you are a truly wonderful Son and I am pretty sure your mum will agree with me there ❤❤❤❤
I’m sure your Mom Cherished this when your Dad gave it to her, now she will cherish this again and even more. Now she has a new memory to add to this beautiful box that meant so much and that is her son.

I can only find baby wipes with aloe, vitamin E or lotion in them. I worry about it interacting with anything like this or even resin, which Im sure its fine. But I make my own by taking paper towels and putting them in a wipes bottle with gentle soap and water. Works a dream and costs less!!
