I lovee your cosplayy ! for cool toned contour that you can just find in a shop i like to use a Kiko Milano powder contour pallete 'obsession' in shade Fair - comes with 1 shimmer, middle shade is cool toned and 3rd shade is a warm tone. Other than that - if you want an online one the cbeauty brand judydoll does a good cool tone pallete, too cool for school does too
