This is album is dedicated in Thanksgiving Day to my older brother who is fighting the Good Fight! Sea of Love is his and his Wife's Wedding 💒 Song. Big bro schooled me on Zep, Sabbath Deep Purple and all the offshoots!! Matt NYC
Fantastic album, "The Honeydrippers Vol. 1" by The Honeydrippers. Robert Plant is a lead singer of the band. But it lives on from the past with a lot of good 👍🏾 memories.
Bought this from Milton Keynes Sunday market when I was about 18. Thought it was the weirdest thing I'd ever heard, but 36 years later I'm still listening to it... ;-)
Love I want to tell you how much I love you is a great song. I'm sorry that you don't like the Hoñeydrippers as a BAND. Robert Plant is the only member of this band ( the Honeydrippers who only 2 albums) that is the origin of the idea of making of thè Honeydrippers ( Jimmy Paige played in Led Zeppelin but wasn't playing as LZ,he as well as the others, were established musicians who came together for this specific project. They have moved on to do different projects, people, and places. Just glad that Robert made more music after Led Zeppelin discontinued operations. 😊

@Joe Thomas 4940 there is no plagiarism whatsoever here you don't have a clue what you're talking about I have this album and he never claims to have wrote any of this troll
Cuanta amargura destilan algunos,,,te gusta Robert ?que bueno no te gusta? Sigue de frente no nos eches tu amargura,,,oye lo qte guste y ya ,, Grinch 😂😂🤣
Led Zeppelin is the best group of all times. I can't stand this album. Doesn't matter how great the musicians on it are, there's more to musicians than just their skill. The magic of Zep is not there Ugh. Another example of not stopping when you're over. Same with Dylan, Steely Dan, The Stones, et. al.
@@tonys4396 That's not true .As far as this album goes It's great. You have Jeff Beck ,Jimmy Page,Plant,Nile Rogers ,Brian Setzer, playing on this along with Paul Schafer.
@@RoyPage1970 maybe you're right.. I don't have that album right here in front of me.. I wonder who got the writing credit for that track? Since you're the expert why don't you find out?
@@joethomas4940 the only plagiarism anyone technically done was with dazed and confused and that's a fact everyone nicks the old blues songs and Jimmy wrote his own musical arrangements for most of it and Peter Grant was the executive producer

This is one of the greatest..long live Robert!
love it! Just left Robert Plant Alison Krause concert. so good!!!
There were several "revival" records in the 1980s, and all of them were great. Good music never stops being good no matter how old it is.

Completly forgot about this group. Their cooooooool!
I love it that Jimmy Page is jamming that guitar part on this song
Hey people - this not Led Zeppelin and should not be compared with such.
This is Robert singing some his favorite singers’ songs from the 50’s.
I bought this album when it first came out.

Wikipedia says that Robert said in an interview that this was his all time favorite project.
@@totigerus Robert Plant only cared about Robert Plant. Jimmy Page was Led Zep. Plant only cared about how Plant sounded.

@@tonyschultz1103 Great musicians. The album sucks.
Obviously Robert was boring and nothing interesting in Zeppelin old sounds.....
The Honey Dripper from Cab Calloway orchestra : My great uncle wrote the chart. More Plagerism. Sounds Like Pagey on Guitar,
