- TechBee - HCL’s Early Career Program is an exclusive job program for individuals looking for full-time jobs after completing Class XII.
Candidates undergo 12-month training for entry-level IT jobs. On successful completion of the training, candidates are employed in full-time jobs with HCL. While working, candidates pursue their higher education with #BITSPilani or #SASTRAUniversity. This program enables the students to earn right after school and makes them financially independent.

You will be a full-time employee of HCL after doing Higher studies. The salary is entirely dependent on the employee's performance.

The program is really good but if I pursued the BITS Pilani option will my degree be considered full time or part time.
WILP degree which is definitely not the same as a normal degree

Trust me It's an invalid degree you can get a bsc degree from bits Pilani with multidisciplinary course structure but all bca programs are invalid degrees I mean distance learning degree which are not valued
So better to do regular degree and then you can go for job
They will force you to do a whatever work it is available and you will have to give 5-6 years service agreement
Which is totally unfair
They will treat you as a slave you can't leave and you can't make your decisions

If you have done MCA then you can consider urself equivalent to a Btech CSE degree holder and should try applying for MNCs

There are only two centers in vizag to write the exam but, due to covid 19 both the centers had blocked the exam. The salary is entirely dependent on the employee's performance, candidates will get a salary increment every year as other employees.

I think selection procedure is not transperant, you can't judge people on the basis of XII class marks. You have not mentioned anywhere in HCL tech bee notification about the percentage of XII marks.
People might did well in exam as well in interaction / interview. Hence, I requested once again relook the matter and consider for selecting in techbee.

How did you pay. If paid from Google, Phone Or Amazon pay then the amount gets deducted but application status is still pending due to some glitch in the payment portal.
No need to worry you can apply for refund by writing a mail To support-techbee@hcl.com also attach the payment receipt screenshot in mail. Money will be refunded in 7 to 10 days.
Again pay the registration fee of ₹299 through net banking, debit or by credit card.
You also payment through Paytm wallet I also paid my payment through this .

Can a student with biology in 12th standard apply for this coz there was an option asking for if you have opted for maths or business maths in 12th std and I unchecked it

Gud evening sir/madam, I had applied for HCLtech bee sat exam which started from July 10,2020. I reside in Visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, which had been given an option of centre for writing the exam. I had been trying since 1 week to generate my card but,due to covid 19 the centers allocated had blocked (only 2 centers in all over vizag).This message was passed from my side through email/phone,but NO REPLY of any sought was received by me till now. The next centre allocated in AP is 300 km away from our city.Due to the present covid situation which is increasing day by day in A.P which has made me difficult to move/travel.So please guide me so that I can write my exam the earliest in my city.

After completing your training you will be enrolled for Graduation and we have tie-ups with BITS-Pilani, Sastra and Amity Universities.
