Try fasting from sunrise to sunset. That also helps you many benefits as well also it will restart your whole body. You should do it for a whole month. Muslims also fast from sunrise to sunset. This month for Muslims is called Ramadan. And Ramadan is this month for this year. Try fasting from a month next year. From sunrise 🌅 to sunset 🌇. Okay thanks Good bye!
Muslims actually consume more calories during Ramadan because they usually eat huge meals during the night. Ramadan isn't really fasting.

We muslims fast a whole month without breaking no eating or drinking anything. Not even water, we do that to know how other people who don’t have food feel and for religious reasons.But it’s not like we don’t eat for a month at all. Until sunset we don’t eat and then we break it it’s called iftar. Then we normally go to sleep and wake up at 4-5 AM for suhoor wich is a little before sunrise and we eat and drink till a certain time so we can last longer. From there until the other day at sunset we fast. Also great job Pierson a huge fan of you here love your humor and work keep this amazing content up❤❤❤

In my experience Muslims usually break the fast after sunset up until sunrise during Ramadan.

People can only survive maximum for a week without water .... During ramadan ppl don't eat from dusk to dawn (from 5 am to 7 pm) and so they eat at night.. basically u eat everyday just all at once

As someone who fasted 30 to 31 days once everyday let me just say pierson is not only kind, amazing, smart, ambitious and committed she is also incredibly strong, physically of course but mentally even more.

Basically what we do is we fast from sunrise to sunset. And talking about food we can eat after sunset till sunrise (at night). This continues for about 29-30 days depending upon when the moon will be sighted at the 29th day because all muslim holidays are subjected to moon sightings. This we do for religious reasons and it makes our relationship with God more strong in a way and it keeps one away from evil deeds.

I just started a really strict diet for some health reasons, and I’m the kind of the person that food is just my comfort. It’s been really hard, but I’m almost to the three week mark. But what’s been so hard, is no matter how much I eat, I’m never full. So I definitely feel what you went through, and honestly this video made me feel a little better.

Just a warning you guys, (no hate peirson it’s my fault I didn’t ask anyone first, and I made it harder, and I’m 12) I did this and didn’t eat for 6 days I passed out and was gonna die my heat beats went down too much, and I had to stay in the hospital for 2 days, stay safe out there and be careful peirson

We Muslims fast in the Holy month of Ramadan . During this month we eat 'suhur' (meal before sunrise ) . Then During the entire day we don't eat or drink anything, not even a single drop of water. In the evening we break the fast by eating 'iftar' (meal after sunset ). We have to do the same thing for 30 days straight. During Ramadan its not breakfast, lunch, dinner. Instead its suhur, iftar and dinner .
