Definitely mussels, I’ve never liked seafood at any Korean bbq. Pork always best on the grill. Pork belly are best

👍👍👍 great meal Paul. Cheapest kbb here in Cali is $20 We get lots of sides like kimchi, pickled veggies etc sides are my favorites besides just all the meats especially pork belly

Have you noticed that a Moo Ping cook often cuts off the charred bits? Is it that Thai folks don't like charred foods? Or am I seeing something that isn't there? Thanks for the video with some charred bits of pork. 555

My biggest complaint when we eat at Korean BBQ is your clothes and hair just simply gets permeated by all the smoke. So I always bring an extra Tshirt for such occasions when we get back in the car. Pork belly always my go to and always skip their seafood options usually not very good and skip desserts since we are too full . Wish we have charcoal though, they are all gas grills here in the states and our exhaust fans are not very good. Healthy meal Paul 👍😋
