Hey Jay3 im one of the players you saw in the Highschool overwatch tiktok you saw, it is real our players are not only quiet but some play on 1600 dpi on 20 sens its a little crazy, we placed second in our state championship this last May.
The one guy that "wasn't moving his mouse" is how I pay mercy with my sens.

For the support thing, it's always a it depends. If you're running Kiri Lucio or Kiri Zen, damage would be important for Zen/Lucio but you should be focusing on making sure your team is topped up as Kiri as a baseline. However, the baseline might not be enough so you supplement that baseline with damage if you can. In a lot of cases where you have 2 primary healers like Ana Moira, you would want to delegate someone to go on an off-angle alone or with a DPS to do damage. That's when damage would be the most important stat. TLDR; look at your comp and look at your support's kit

As someone who has played for 7yrs, left after the 2020 patch was ruined, but came back in s7 of OW2, I can confirm we do always come back.
Idc what anyone says, OW wasted a billion dollar IP when they decided to not have a story mode/ campaign. The amount of character defining moments we could have had like in Cod with characters like Frank Woods or Captain Price.

In lower ranks it usually comes down to a difference in support damage. Like I donât let the people around me die in favor of damage but if my damage stat is higher than my healing itâs not that big of a problem

The Reaper clone would be so useless. 90% of the time, you're using your TP to go up vertically, so it would just send your clone into a wall basically signaling to the enemies what direction you went if they didn't hear or see you.

I have learned a trick, say that you are trying to quite overwatch it is impossible if you are truly committed. But what I did is get a gf and I slowly got a life intern freeing me from the game

Imo i think the tik toker and jay3 bith got it wrong imo thwre isnât a clear cut most important stat for support instead i think it varies between damage or healing depending on the support far more than the other roles like for example with brig the amount of healung done might be indicictive if the uptime of inspire while more utility/damage focused supports it may be damage such as lucio zenyatta or illari and then for others still it may be the balance between them such as with ana and baptiste where you want both heals and damage on them so an argument could be made that either or both could be their most important stat

lol the reason streamers are never allowed to ask about 6v6 and they refuse to try it in ow2 is cuz they know its better but they dont have the balls to come out and admit overwatch 2 was a mistake especially with no PvE and get rid of the 2, its just overwatch. No PvE=not a new game, they think cuz its 5v5 that is enough to warrant the 2 but they know its cap
overwatch is dying. anyone who says otherwise is kidding themselves or getting a bag for saying so. 5v5 has nothing on 6v6. getting 5v5 patches faster than 6v6 ever did and the fanbase is dwindling faster than ow1. almost like people aren't f*cking happy with the game and it's poor design philosophy. devs and 5v5 community are too stubborn to admit they might be wrong to even give 6v6 a fair chance. 'play one patch of 6v6 that was miserable and see how much better 5v5 is'. people are leaving your game behind and nothing is even sucking them away from it. they're are just being repulsed by the game itself. figure it out.
